Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By accessing our website, using our Services or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

3. PERSONALISED AND ENGRAVED PRODUCTS
Many of our products are personalised and engraved specifically for each customer.
You are responsible for carefully checking all personalisation information before submitting your order, including:
- Names
- Telephone numbers
- Spelling
- Numbers
- Capitalisation
- Engraving selections
- Fonts
- Sizes
- Colours
- Other customisation options
We will generally engrave your product using the information submitted with your order.
If we engrave the product correctly according to the information you supplied, we are not required to provide a refund, replacement or exchange solely because you entered incorrect information, selected an incorrect option or changed your mind.
If we make an engraving error or supply a product that does not correspond with your order, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance of your order and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, obvious pricing or listing errors, or an inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the applicable amount.
Please carefully review your order and personalisation information before submitting it.
Because personalised products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once engraving or production has commenced.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a change where production has not yet commenced, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Shipping charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information when placing an order.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment methods may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping options, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges are provided on our website or during checkout.

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Because personalised and engraved products are created specifically for individual customers, we do not generally accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind on personalised products.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, if a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy as provided by law.
Nothing contained in these Terms or our Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately and in accordance with any care instructions we provide.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Paw Label’s online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to operate our online store. However, purchases made from The Paw Label are transactions between you and The Paw Label.
Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from The Paw Label.
Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and policies.
